For Kundalini Yoga and online workshops, I follow Jai Dev and his wife Simrit.
They offer lots of free content on the equinox, eclipse & seasonal changes. Simrit is a wonderful singer-songwriter and together as a couple they really share the reality piece from many aspects of their lives. I really admire their work and they have a large following. You can access free content as well as paid content. Highly recommended to learn about the spiritual Kundalini lifestyle.
Here is the link to there amazing work!
Another Yogi I follow who happens to be in long term recovery is Tommy Rozen of Recovery 2.0, him and his wife Kai both live a healthy lifestyle, both are kundalini teachers. Tommy is the founder of Recovery 2.0 and he also has lots of free content, on lifestyle, food, yoga, recovery. I have admired his work for years. He showcased the Anonymous People it was movie about the people in the 12 step rooms who keep anonymous. His point ( and I agree) our Anonymity had kept our success in Recovery and finding a new lifestyle it is important to shine our light so others know there is Hope!
While we are in the Yoga and recovery trend ..let me share an amazing project called She Recovers. I am blessed to be apart of this worldwide movement of women in recovery from pretty much everything. Unpresidented support around substance abuse disorder, alcoholism, codependency, love and sex addiction, disordered eating, workaholism, perfectionism, depression, mental illness, burnout, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, physiclal, sexual and emotional abuse, self-harm, cancer and cronic illness. Dawn and Taryn 2 of my nearest and dearest created this project back in 2013 with our first Mexico Yoga retreat called a Sacred Pause, I continue to support them in Mexico retreats as the “Goddess on the Ground”. It has blossomed into a worldwide support network with Podcasts, She Recovers Coaches, She Recovers retreats, She Recovers trauma Yoga online, She Recovers yoga trauma informed teacher training, She Recovers Dance, online support meetings, in-person gatherings, large celebratory events with world-class speakers who share the same vision to empower women in there patchwork work of recovery. 12 steps are apart of the patchwork, but not the only way to get wellness. They have many resources on their web page, Facebook groups, and Instagram. I highly recommend the women of the world check them out as we are all recovering from something!
Now we step into some great wellness therapies that I have personally experienced and have changed my life. I wanted to share their work because of the work they do is very unique and specific. My life is better for having worked with each of them and for that I am truly grateful. As well in no particular order.
Brian T Collins is was one of the original leaders in the 432Hz music movement for health and wellness. I was blessed to connect with Brian in Mexico when I was praying for an authentic healer to help me with some multidimensional blocks. He was able to unblock, cut the cord and release the energies that were tied into me and causing me grief on many levels. He has worked with people and animals in person as well as with distance therapy. He one of a kind in the world and his invention the Therachold changed my life and the lives of many. Brian is truly a gifted Shaman and Healer. He is supportive on many levels, very open, and really knows how to hold a safe space for intense healing. You can check him out on his web page.
Blaire Lindsey is also a yoga teacher, multi-faceted wellness coach and a leader in the women’s empowerment arena around the world. She helped me tap into the Sacred feminine energy that I had blocked for most of my life from childhood trauma. She is an exquisite example of Divine Feminine in Living form sharing her knowledge and teachings. She has some great courses, workshops, and some free content so you can get a feel for this dynamic powerhouse of a Woman’s advocate, teacher and one of my dearest mentors. Her web page is

Dr. Sky Blossoms has been an Angel in my life shifting my thoughts, actions, and empowering me in regards to relationships. My relationship with Self, my loved ones, business partners, significant others have all transformed as a result of connecting to this wonderful woman and mentor. As an advisor to many including celebrities, she travels the world conducting workshops and retreats teaching us what we never learned in school or in life. I am truly one of her biggest fans after my life did a complete 360 turn when I read her book The Best Thing Ever and connected with her in person. You will find her webpage full of resources for men and women to teach us how to connect to the deeper meaning of life and love.
Last but not least is Bill Hinchcliff. When I needed a medical intuitive he was recommended highly and I understand why. I was suffering for months with what the medical system called a frozen shoulder. I knew in my heart of hearts that it was something deeper and I was right. He was able to untangle the knot from a distance and sent me some support ointments and I have been pain-free since. I have referred others to him who were past the stages of western medicine that could help. They have had very positive results as well. Bill comes from a lineage of medical initiatives and is very very accurate and helpful you can connect with him on his page
I know we can all support our wellness journey together by sharing resources, that is my intention here and I hope you find it helpful.
