Vinyassa yoga improves mind, body and spirit and can increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and best of all, peace of mind. Developed from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga links asanas (postures) together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. An emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the asanas. The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives your heart a work-out.
Our Vinyassa yoga offers much diversity.
